在外贸工作中，WhatsApp已经成为我们外贸人与客户之间沟通必不可少一款工具。虽然WhatsApp很方便也很好用，但由于不是国内的软件，所以在使用上很容易遇到一些问题。
我们整理了一些有关WhatsApp使用上的经验，希望可以帮助大家正确使用WhatsApp。
很多刚接触WhatsApp的用户，很容易陷入的一个误区是：加到客户立马就向客户发送大量营销信息。然后不久就显示账号异常或者直接封禁。
新号营销时一定要注意以下几个方面：
同时需要了解的是新号注册起要保持10-15天的活跃期，才会被认为是老号
下载WhatsApp Business，替代WhatsApp，同样去官网下载即可，系统会认定WhatsApp Business的号码权重更好，值得信任。（最重要）
魔法上网开启全局，确认能访问，检查手机上是否有拦截境外来电的软件
改成英文版（手机设置里设置）关闭手机定位，放开WhatsApp所有手机权限
更换手机号/海外卡注册尝试
重启手机，重新下载软件，清除缓存，过段时间尝试，争取一次性搞定。
官网联系客服，尝试说明原因，只要你的号不是被封锁了，大概率能拿回来，因为市面上很多WhatsApp群发软件会让你的账号降权，虽然只是用来接收，但是系统判断你的号跟群控软件关联了
·对方手机上未安装WhatsApp
·客户手机号不正确（国际号码是不带前缀0的才可以）
常见的能获取到客户手机号的方法有展会名片、老客户成交信息、海关数据搜索、谷歌搜索、B2B询盘等
通过在谷歌的搜索栏输入“chat.whatsapp.com+关键词”查找相关网站，点进后就可以找自己的目标群组加。（目前WhatsApp的一个群组的人员上限是256人。并且要想加入相应群组必须要通过群组链接或群成员拉才可以）
除了这种方式外，我们还可以通过Facebook的关键词搜索，来找相关群组。利用Facebook搜索群组的好处是可以直接导入到WhatsApp里
